Our Story

The start

July 2022

It all started on Facebook, in a singles group. But not what you would think really. Tim liked Alisa's posts and she liked some of his. Then he was in Germany for a wedding and decided to send her a private message. Talked of cars, Germany, food, friends and family. He flew back to Colorado on a Wednesday, on Thursday they had their first date.

Alisa's birthday party - just a no pressure date for Tim on a 2nd date! Nothing like meeting all of her friends in one big group setting! But, he handled it like a champ and even asked for a 3rd date.

Bandimere Race Track - Alisa had a race already set up and invited Tim to come watch. He's already met most of the friends, might as well meet the race team, oh and Alisa's mother and grandson while we are at it! No pressure at all!!

Officially dating

August 2022

Some more racing, a trip to Walsenburg & Pueblo, CO and a several more dates and we knew something was there. It didn't take long and our friends were already seeing it to, so boyfriend / girlfriend it is!

Dating adventures

So many adventures - between being with friends and family, trips, theater, racing, and just being together, we always were happy to be with each other.

Engaged

And then Tim totally surprised Alisa at her birthday party and asked him to marry him. She, of course, said yes!
